The development team for The Pubb is huge. They work on it 25 (not a typo!) hours
a day. They have sold their first born in order to make sure that version 2 is out by years end.
Nah. Actually, The Pubb development team is very dedicated to getting a
bug-free, feature-full, product out to its users. Sometimes that means a 38 hour weekend of programming.
Sometimes that means no programming for a few weeks. Whatever the team's work schedule, registered users
are promised relatively prompt responses to questions through e-mail, as well bug fixes as fast as our
schedule allows.
Let us note though, even though we keep mentioning *bugs*, we really don't expect the
users to encounter many bugs, if at any at all. Problems happen though, and just like the guys over
at Pacific Coast (Smith Micro), we'll try and fix them as soon as we can.
To ease the burden on the team, you are asked to make use of the Developers Section
which includes a message board that you can use (The Pubb, of course!). If you prefer to send e-mail, we
ask that you try and direct your mail to the right address.
