Before we discuss pricing, we need to stress this point one more time.
This message board is completely written in WebDNA, a scripting language used by Webcatalog.
The Pubb will not work without it.
Good. Now that that's out of the way...
Site License: $200
The site license allows you to run The Pubb on one (1) website of your choice.
The server license allows you to run The Pubb on one (1) webserver of your choice. This means
that if you have a webserver with 20 websites on it and you want each one to have The Pubb on it, you can.
But, if you have two (2) websites on two (2) different webservers (say, one secure for SSL and one that's not),
then you'll need two (2) site licenses (or server licenses if there are multiple sites on each server that you
want to use The Pubb on).
The site and server licenses do not grant you access to the source code.
The Pubb will be distributed in WebCatalog encryped form. These pages will work the exact same way as the normal
Webcatalog pages, with the exception that the code will be in an unreadable and uneditable form. Any header or
footer information that the user wishes to add to the webpages can be done through the unencrypted header.inc and
footer.inc (further explanation available in the accompanied digital documentation).
The new source license gives you the same privileges as the server license, with one major difference:
The license grants you access to the source code.
